Can anyone recommend a search engine optimisation company based on their own experience? What did it cost? Has it paid off? Did you use ppc ads before?
PPC ads are the most effective and best way , since you know your dealing with reputable company (Google, Yahoo etc) , you can control the amount and fine tune the campaign.
Most the SEO companies out there most are are just playing up their abilities, the reason is unless you are the search engine itself, there’s no way you can guarantee positioning, its just impossible ( to prove my point , find a company that will agree to only get paid if they will get you a promised position for a promised keyword, none will because they cant offer that), . Mu job title is a "junior office assistant" But i actually do Search engine optimisation & manage cost per click accounts (online marketing) My boss pays me minimum wage which was fine while i was learning but i now do just as much as anyone else and there has been no mention of a pay rise. She keeps saying there is a contract she will be getting me to sign saying i wont work for a competitior and some other stuff. I have never seen this contract nor signed anything. How much notice can/should i legally give? And can i go and imediately legally work for a competitor? Im in melbourne Australia, thanks in advance.
You don’t "legally" have to give any notice. Ethically, you should give 2 weeks, if you ever want to use them as a reference in the future, they will not have anything bad to say.
