this is the only thing I found to help me, take large cabbage leaves and heat them in the microwave until warm but not hot and place them on your breast while you are lying down and cover them with a wash cloth to hold the heat in and keep this on until the cabbage leaves cool. try this several times a day. It only took about 2 days for me to quit hurting altogether. Hope this helps.

As a general point, tho, I’d advise against uploading a PDF as a standalone file. First off, you need to be sure that your users have a PDF viewer on their system, and also, for those on less than ideal download speeds, a PDF can take an absolute AGE to download. I’d therefore adivse placing the PDF into a Zip file (for instance) before mounting. You’ll find that the download will be quicker (because the file is smaller), and that the streaming download issue won’t happen for those on slower connections.

Good word of mouth marketing? These kinds of webpages require you to have friends on them for you to want to come back. The only reason I ever even heard about these websites was through friends…who also had lots of other friends registered. Maybe they had a bigger budget to do some grassroots campaigning? Or, they started out with outgoing people who had large networks to begin with?

I’m familiar with Blogger, but not real knowledgable in search engine optimization and promotion methods yet.
I received some material from someone who shows how to do promotion techniques with WordPress. I tried setting up a WordPress blog and find it terribly difficult and confusing – a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 difficulty.
Blogger is simple and user-friendly, but in the past it just sits there and I’m the only one reading it.

It’s not really a matter of how good the program is, but rather how interesting the content is. You need to promote it as well.
I found wordpress rather easy to install… if you want some help message me. I’ve been using it for over 3 years.
Other blog softs include Expression Engine, Drupal (I heard that’s very complex), Joomla, Flatpress (I’ve been told that’s easy to use – no databases either).
I’m too lazy to google the links, but just search for their names and the websites should show up.
