i have to do research and presentation on state that offer best tourism site.i’m from asia.my lecturer prefer the state that not so widely known for tourism globally.she even banned some state like new york, vegas,california,hawaii.we have to choose one state and highlight about three and above tourism site there.hopefully you can give me any suggestion.

The most visited state in the U.S. is New Mexico it has great cultures and very antique places. For example you can visit the Monument to the Flying Paper Boy, International UFO Museum And Research Center, El Santuario de Chimayo Shrine, the Mysterious Staircase in Santa Fe, the route 66 monument. the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture, Todos Santos Chocolates and Confections , 10 thousand waves, and much much more.

Well if you wanted to be a little different you could focus on Texas. It has The Alamo and River-walk in San Antonio (big tourist attractions) then you have Dallas and Fort Worth area and also you could look at Austin (the state capital). It’s the largest of the contiguous states so you’ll have a lot to choose from!
