I have the hardest …
I have the hardest time with this throw. I’m 6′6″ (2 meters tall) and most of my opponents are a head shorter. It makes it really hard to get underneath them. As a result, I’ve sort of transformed what should be a seo nage into a half osoto gari. The guy regains his balance and pulls back, I keep the grasp and instead hook my leg around for a trip. It’s less pretty but does the job. I’d like to be able to pull off a clean seo nage though.

good question, depends on what grip imho, triceps, back of neck, wrsit and lats, under hooks, etc etc look for somehting combfrotable and try them out, remeber you will sweat this affects throws alot!
